From CNBC: According to Rand Merchant Bank's 2014/2015 report Rwanda is the most attractive destination in East Africa and the ninth most attractive in Africa as a whole. The report looks at three criteria: growth rate, market size, and the ease of doing business.
In addition to its favorable investment climate, Rwanda has continued to be a top reformer on the World Bank's Ease of Doing Business report. In 2010, the country jumped up 76 spots on the ranking.
Companies like Costco and CityBlue Hotels have made their own investments in the country, which is known for its stability, safety, and low corruption.
